GreenSpark Cleaning Services, Inc. provides commercial cleaning services including office cleaning, retail cleaning, post-construction cleanup, move-in/move-out cleaning, and other related services, although availability may vary by location. All quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual size, condition, or requirements of the property. Payment is due according to the terms listed on your invoice or service agreement, and late payments may result in delays or cancellation of service. Deposits may be required for certain jobs, and subcontractor payouts are issued after client payments clear.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service; same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if there are unsafe or unsanitary conditions. If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can return to correct the issue at no additional cost. GreenSpark may use independent subcontractors to perform cleaning services, and all subcontractors are required to follow company standards and represent GreenSpark professionally.

Clients agree to provide safe entry to the property, secure pets and valuables, and notify us of any hazards or special requirements. GreenSpark is not responsible for normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or unsecured valuables. Any claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours and include photo evidence. While we take great care during our services, accidents may happen, and all damage claims will be reviewed according to our insurance policy.
